My wife and I have been working with Lou at Florida Modular Homes for the last month after a disastrous time with another dealer. After looking through some of the other comments, I decided to give him a call. Lou has been great! He is extremely professional and has been a breath of fresh air for us. I am a very meticulous person who asks a lot of questions and let's just say that Lou is also a very patient person. He's very knowledgeable, but will find an answer if he isn't sure of it right away. Also, in the month that we have worked together, I have never had to call him twice. He has always called back right away.

My husband and I went to Florida Modular Homes today to check out the prices and floor plans available to walk through on the lot. Lou greeted us and answered all our questions without any pressure or typical sales hype. Lou provided tons of helpful information to help guide us in our consideration. We have several months to go until we're ready to pull the trigger on purchasing a house, but there was absolutely no pressure or dismissal of our questions when we said it would be a while before we could seriously consider purchase options.
