  • i hope to be purchasing a mod. home in the near future.... NO MATTER WHAT, i will ONLY do business with Greg at North Point. i have been to 3 other jacobsen dealers and this is the one. for the same home i am interested in, in middleburg fl., i was quoted almost twice what it sells for AND i drove more than an hour, each way, to hear that. i was also told they had the models i was interested in AND they were NOT on the lot..... I am comfortable here in Gainesville, fl......

  • My husband and I went to Florida Modular Homes today to check out the prices and floor plans available to walk through on the lot. Lou greeted us and answered all our questions without any pressure or typical sales hype. Lou provided tons of helpful information to help guide us in our consideration. We have several months to go until we're ready to pull the trigger on purchasing a house, but there was absolutely no pressure or dismissal of our questions when we said it would be a while before we could seriously consider purchase options. We look forward to continuing working with Lou and Florida Modular Homes.
