NO MATTER WHAT, i will ONLY do business with Greg at North Point. i have been to 3 other jacobsen dealers and this is the one. for the same home i am interested in, in middleburg fl., i was quoted almost twice what it sells for AND i drove more than an hour, each way, to hear that. i was also told they had the models i was interested in AND they were NOT on the lot..... Lou Is awesome, he helped us understand all aspects of the home building process, from explaining materials and structures of the home itself to giving advice for the loan application.
